Set realistic targets and tackle one area of weakness at a time. Eat a more balanced diet and maintain a healthy weight. If you are overweight or underweight it takes a big toile on your health and heart. Keep your alcohol intake within government-prescribed safe limits. If you smoke, look at ways to stop. Take more exercise. The human body needs to keep fit. Visit the doctor if you have a persistent health problem. Better safe than sorry. Consider how you might cultivate better ways to cope with stress. Stress has never ever been good for anybody’s health though we have it every day of our life.
