Get your self esteem back…Now!

You have to put yourself as a high priority. Sometimes it’s difficult to put yourself first. If you put yourself first - don’t forget about your loved one, don’t leave them behind. Start with your diet. Eat a balanced diet and do not eat if you are not hungry.
Moisturizer... Well you need this to keep your skin glowing and healthy. Use a mild moisturizer. Moisturize your whole body and pamper yourself. Exercise is so important to feel healthy and it will show on the outside in future. This circulates blood-flow and keeps you at a healthy weight. Jump robe, jog up and down stars or just around the block. Then I get to the topic of make-up. Never put on too much make-up, try to look as natural as possible. This brings grace to your face. Fun and entertainment doesn’t mean that you have to go party. You can have fun walking your dog alongside the beach or going to a movie. Do the fun and entertainment that suits you. Don’t bring your work home – have time to relax at home. Drugs are for fools. This will make you depressed. You might not see what drugs are going to do now but you will see in the future when your personality changes and you become an ugly and negative person. Music – well sing and go crazy. Music is a natural anti-depressant that harms none!
