Phobias - Naming Fears

Agoraphobia: Fear of open spaces, being alone/public places

Claustrophobia: Fear of confined or enclosed spaces

Ochlophobia: Fear of crowds

Hydrophobia: Fear of water

Acrophobia: Fear of heights

Personally if I have to describe a phobia in my own words I’d say it is a fear that changes the way you do things.
